The Tryo group was born in 1995 from the meeting from Manu Guizmo
and Mali with the MJC from Fresnes. The three pals are at once
musical affinities and decides to make some profit the public.
They leave for Brittany then to the Vendée and plays
as much as possible to consolidate their acoustic style "reggae"
on ironic and revolted texts. To supplement the trio, Daniel
Bravo (percussionnist) join the group which enters in studio
to record in 1998, "Mamagubida", their first album.
Although it does
not profit from any publicity, the album is a success and the
sales are done thanks to the mouth with ear. In 2000, Tryo reconsiders
the front of the scene with a second album "Is necessary
That they are activated" in the line of the precedent and
who knows the same success as their third opus "Grain Of
Sand" left in 2003. Since the group did not stop turning
to the four corners of France but as to Belgium, Switzerland
and in Canada making the proof as they became a group impossible
to circumvent of the French scene.
