BIOGRAPHY:
Joanne Kathleen Rowling was born in Chipping Sodbury on July
31, 1965. It passes its childhood in to Wales then share following
studies to the university of Exeter and Paris. A diploma in
language and French literature out of pocket it works a few
times in London within Amnesty International association before
teaching French. It is in 1990, whereas it awaited a train which
was late, that the idea of Harry Potter and its school of magicians
germinated in his spirit.
Little time after,
it leaves to teach English in Portugal. There, it marries a
Portuguese journalist and has a small girl, Jessica.
A divorce the force to be returned to the United Kingdom and
it settles with his/her daughter in Edinburgh. Without employment
and placed in a studio, it is devoted actively for six months
to the writing of the book which it never really gave up. The
continuation resembles a fairy tale. The first agent to which
it sends its manuscript retains it at once for publication.
"Harry Potter at the school of the wizards" is very
quickly appreciated of the public and its adventures beat the
records of sales youths and adults. Six other books will follow
and the four first were already adapted to the large screen.
With this success, Joanne Kathleen Rowling, became the greatest
fortune (estimated at 500 million euros) female of its country.
However it tries to build its life far from the media and protects
its family (it it is remarié in 2001 and with given Jessica,
a little brother, David, in 2003, and a small sister, Mackenzie,
in 2005).
